Take a 2.3 ecoboost from a Mustang and transplant into a Mercury Grand Marquis. Lower suspension matched with fat old school BBS style wheels.
Why? ANARCHY!

Why no V6? More than enough room under the hood, I’d think.

replace ecoboost 2.3 with FR-S FA20 and a crazy final drive and Im sold.

Well if we’re doing crazy Grand Marquis builds, I want mine with a 3.5 Ecoboost and the rest of the drivetrain/suspension from the new Raptor.

That’s exactly why. Just the thought of pulling a lazy v8 and swapping in a more powerful, high swung 4 banger makes me giggle

Haha just as crazy but can we turbo that?

Yes! But I still want the 2.3 but the raptor drive train!

Or why not go all out with a VR38

I’d go for an 87 Town Car, drop it on an 03 P71 frame, and stuff in a 3.5 EB with two GT30s, run air ride, roll on Rotiform KPS wheels in some crazy low offset, and rivet on some overfenders. Even more anarchy.

No torque+weight=no bueno

Im talking about 5000 rpm in 6th gear at 70 mph kinda of final drive.

So lots of bras braps?

I would do the same, but to a 1963 Falcon. This is what I dream of at night and most of the day, this and a BMW 2002 with STI drivetrain.

if i had the skill and money, i’d put a turbo’d 4 into a Nissan Leaf.

Or just throw relatively cheap 5.0 mustang parts at it, and add forced induction.
